Co-Founder & CEO
Amy Davis
Amy is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Key2Free, where she leads efforts to end human trafficking in Central Texas through innovative aftercare services, leadership training, and survivor empowerment. With over 16 years of teaching experience, she brings strong skills in program leadership, strategic thinking, and team coordination. Since founding the ministry in 2013, Amy has remained dedicated to ensuring each woman who enters the agency experiences the love of Christ and a path to freedom.

Co-Founder & Executive Director of Programs
Teri Jansen
Teri is the Co-Founder and Executive Program Director of The Key2Free, bringing over 20 years of teaching experience and a strong background in education and administration. She excels in public speaking, training, program development, and is passionate about equipping the community with knowledge to prevent human trafficking. Since co-founding the ministry in 2013, Teri has remained committed to helping survivors find restoration through Christ and dedicated service.

Director of Services
Marilyn Guzman
Marilyn is the Graduate Housing Director at The Key2Free and has faithfully served in multiple roles since 2019. With a background in Human Resources Management and a heart for women's ministry, she brings strengths in discipleship, hospitality, and volunteer coordination. She serves the Residents with excellence daily. Marilyn is passionate about ensuring every woman who encounters The Key2Free also experiences the love and freedom of Jesus.

Sixmarie Martinez
Sixmarie is the Residential Housing Manager and has a unique talent for connecting people and directing services within a residential setting. With a heart for helping others and a sharp eye for detail, she ensures every aspect of the home runs smoothly while supporting each resident’s individual journey. Known for bringing joy and fresh ideas to the team, Sixmarie fosters a nurturing, uplifting environment that inspires growth and connection.

Case Manager & Content Marketing
Sydney Patton
​Sydney is the Case Manager and Social Media Coordinator at The Key2Free. She is skilled at bringing a refreshing and motivating energy to the team. Relational and compassionate, she excels in mentorship, hospitality, design, and encouragement. Her passion is helping women recognize their inherent value and worth as image-bearers of God. Through her work, she strives to create a supportive environment where women feel empowered to heal and grow.​​

Restorative Care Coordinator
Karin Wilcox
As Restorative Care Coordinator, Karin provides steady leadership and compassionate support to the residents and within the home. With a strong sense of responsibility and a heart for service, Karin ensures the daily operations run smoothly while fostering a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Her commitment to excellence and care helps create a space where healing, growth, and restoration can thrive.

Monica is serving with The Key2Free to complete her service hours for her Social Work Degree. Recently accepted into the prestigious University of Texas Master of Science in Social Work program, she is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Her dedication to both her studies and the mission of The Key2Free demonstrates her commitment to creating positive change in the community.
